I'm so centered it's scary...
I'm so centered it's scary... I am not a Tibetan Buddhist but a Zen-leaning kind of cat. Meaning: mindfulness is very important to me. In fact, what I'm doing right now could be a form of meditation (I don't think so). Seriously, I have a strong interest in meditation, and I think this practice has changed the way I look at life. Now, exactly how it has done that is hard to explain (but I'll try): meditation has loosened the connections that hold the world together... How's that. I don't chant or do prostrations; if you do, I'm not judging. Would like to converse if there is really anyone on "Buddhist Passions" (we'll see)...
