I love Buddhism and Tibetan Buddhism I love Buddhist philosophy. Practice wise, I want to explore Vajrayogini meditation much further and the discourses of Lama Yeshe. Vajra Yogini is a lightning bolt of wisdom for a trauma survivor like myself and I never knew what I lived through could be such a quick path to such powerful meditation.
