Balance I have found that through practicing meditation, and the basic principles of the Four Noble Truths, and the Noble Eightfold Path your life can be so much easier and meaningful. I firmly believe in accepting others as they are and for what they believe. I feel that those who are constantly trying to change others and who are consistently unhappy have not come to a place where they are good with themselves. This is not deep or anything original, but I think his is what my practice gives me- simple- clear- acceptance.
