I have very broad-ranging interests and am always reading books on a very broad range of topics including psychology, spirituality, self-help, politics, and the odd novel. I like music and sometimes listen to it to relax, although I do not have a big collection.

I have a very keen sense of beauty and love the beauty of the natural world - trees, wildlife, and especially the sea. I enjoy going for short walks in nature such as by the river here in Southampton or by the sea when I go to Brighton to visit friends and relatives.
