Peace within There is a peace within that we all share. I learned to find this peace and tap into this peace originally through yoga and guided meditation. Through many years of yoga practice, I have been exposed to many eastern philosophies. A local Buddhist Meditation group has helped me learn more about Buddhism, which resonates so clearly in my spirit.

I would like to meet others who will help me learn and expand this practice.
