The path I lead in Buddhism gives me confidence that I am living as one with the universe, in harmony with nature, and spiritually free. I am a student at Oregon State University, majoring in Fish & Wildlife Science. I have lived an unusually difficult life and have overcome many obstacles which I believe has helped me enormously on my awakening path. I am in recovery and have been sober for nearly 6 years. I discovered Buddhism at the age of 18. I am passionate about many things. But I am mostly passionate about my spirituality and animals. I am also an artist. I am extremely honest, sometimes to a fault. I am in the process of writing a book. I believe a relationship should be like a team where each partner is fully supported by the other in all they do. Honesty and openness is a must. While trust is not automatic, it is something that a relationship will not survive without. I enjoy the outdoors, wilderness, camping, hiking, and boating. I wish to travel all over the world someday. I have 3 dogs who come with me wherever I go. My dogs are my children as I do not and most likely will not have any children of my own unless a decision is made to adopt one. Anything else anyone wants to know, please feel free to ask.
