Open heart, clear mind : ) I am a lighthearted and energetic person who enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, but also like to occassionally curl up on the sofa with a pot of tea, custard creams and either a good book (bit of a book-worm too!)or black and white movie. I enjoy all musical genres from classical to R&B. I have a dry and silly sense of humour. I am a happy and positive person who believes there is always a silver lining if you choose to look for it. Bhuddism came to me at a very crucial turning point in my life and has given me gifts and tools which are enabling me to enrich the lives of others as well as my own - how wonderful is that!?
