Not a Buddhist Buddhist Hi, I'm not a practicing Buddhist in that I don't strictly follow one school or tradition. But I do sitting meditation daily and my life is enriched by the time I spent studying with Thich Nhat Hanh. In fact, my spiritual journey was really inspired by Herman Hesse's book Siddhartha. But this practice is profound and I'm always open to learning.
