I am a Japanese vegan who recently moved to Toronto for school.

The reason I chose Canada to study in is that my ESL teacher in my high school was a Canadian woman who was lovely and I became friends with, and after she finished her contract, I went to have a homestay with her family in Kelowna, BC, and I loved it. People were so friendly and the nature was very beautiful.
I liked Canada so much that I wrote my university thesis on Canada lol. The more I studied about Canada, the more I have become interested in it.
So I'm really glad that I have made my dream of coming back to Canada come true!
In my free time I like to exercise at a gym, read books,meditate,sing karaoke (that's the best thing to do ever!!)...
So hopefully I will hear from compassionate, conscious, like-minded people
