I've strong passion in traveling, swimming, long distance running and gym workout. I enjoyed the silence of nature; from easy trekking to tedious hiking. Also very much indulge in mindfulness meditation in order to quiet down my frantic mind. Find solace in reading motivational books and listening to dharma talks. At times enjoy sauna and massage therapy as a form of relaxation.
