Greetings kind people
Greetings kind people I started reading more on Buddhism after picking up a few meditation books that referenced both HH the Dalai Lama and in particular the practice of being in the moment. I have major monkey mind so staying present has always been difficult. In the past few years of adapting Buddhism meditation to my own Pagan practices I can calm the dancing brain down to more manageable levels. I keep practicing because that is how the monkey will learn to sit and just be.
