I have studied Zen Buddhism, and I rarely sit these days, though, I have been to a few retreats, back in the day. I find that the Buddhist philosophy seems to make the most amount of sense, most of the time. That said, I would not call myself a strict Buddhist, though, I do think the Dali Lama is a really cute guy.
