I am a neuropsychologist and life coach. I enjoy yoga, meditation, reiki, chakra cleansing, massage, bicycling, swimming, springboard diving, walks in nature, and learning about different cultures. I hope to find a life partner. However, I am open to friendship as well, and I believe friendship is the core of all relationships. I am not as concerned with the specific type of meditation or tradition a man practices than with the importance and priority of his meditation practice in daily life. Meditation is very important to me, and I believe is the core of wisdom, peace, serenity, and mindfulness. I practice Theravadin traditions, and welcome opportunities to learn others. I believe learning is a lifelong process, and nothing bonds deep friendships and relationships more than sharing in growing and learning together. I feel blessed to live in such diversity as the Bay Area. If you've been to or would like to visit places like Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Land of the Medicine Buddha, or The Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education, or you just like to go into the forest or to the beach and enjoy nature, meditation, and sometimes a dharma talk with a sangha teacher, and you're in or near the South Bay, you may want to meet me for tea.
