I can't just say I'm Buddhist. Picking religion is something difficult for me. I do practice meditating though.. Breathing technique is big. I just do it to try to connect to my soul, and empty out any bad Yin or Yang I feel.
I know yin and yang aren't Buddha, but sitting under a tree unmoving your whole life isn't practical in this day and age.
