We're gonna die anyway... so enjoy it! I'm 8yrs clean and sober, 7yr practitioner, love meditation and what it's done for me. My ability to cope with life's troubles has changed dramatically over the years, but I still fall short sometimes ( I am STILL not a buddha! Dang it!) And I can make jokes about it while continuing to work it out. Life is too short to be too serious.
I'm involved with volunteering, sit with an awesome group regularly, love animals, can be overly emotional about things I'm passionate about, or feel empathy for through experience (like being homeless and ignored).
I have been through hell in my life and have been given another chance that I shouldn't have got. I don't plan on f*#king it up!
I'm looking for people who haven't given up. Understand that the riches in life aren't measured in currency. That are too old to die young, but not too old to BE young!
