Why i chose to be a buddhist.
Why i chose to be a buddhist. I've been depressed most of my life. I've always been trying to find myself and find a place where I belong. All my life I've been into meditation, spirituality and insight. Buddhism was screaming out to me to learn and practice it. Ever since I've decided to.become a Buddhist I haven't been depressed and actually have a lot more confidence. I joined this site to meet others of my same beliefs and finally have a place where I belong.
