I was brought up in the UK in the seventies but have lived in Spain over twenty years. Got involved with buddhism young at age 23. I have practiced buddhism since then in a community and am an active participant in that. I have deep love of meditation and this forms the back bone of my life. Ethics are an essential part of my existence as is study and retreat practice. Im a video maker, photographer but in another life used to run a yoga teaching program as a trainer. The visual arts form a bit part of my buddhist life. Art is a strong thing for me as is nature. I like camper vans and taking off to remote places regularly.
