My focus for a buddhist community, is that I am not part of one and have never been part of one. Now, at 64, I'm ready.. Practicing on and off (most off... monkey mind and all that), I would love to increase my practice, @ this time later in my life. Meditation is refuge and a sangha is most certainly that helpful refuge.
I now know that refuge is actually that. Deeply felt, and only when I'm paying attention.
