Why Buddhism? It is a totally selfless way of life, considering others before considering oneself is the essence of Buddhism.
Forgiveness and the love of all humans is achievable and makes life far more satisfying. Avoiding anger and thinking positively is easier said than done but through meditation and adopting a positive attitude it is nearly achievable. Meditation is an important part of Buddhist practice and it literally purifies the mind and puts life into prospective. It is an amazing religion and deeply satisfying.
