Many years ago, I practiced meditation on a daily basis. Usually, I would get 3-6 hours in (the seated kind). Now, I understand that it is about staying in the moment, and I am starting again. I find that guided meditation really helps but would like sugguestions for at home/alone.
Also, if anyone has any other good resources for someone who is just starting this path, it would be greatly appreciated.
